Home Improvement Loan Program

 

 - This program provides loans for low to moderate-income families at low interest rates for the purpose of repairs or replacement of owner occupied existing homes/ The program focuses on code, health, and safety deficiencies.

Section 8 Rental Assistance

 

            - The Section 8 Program provides qualified families the opportunity to live in safe, decent, and sanitary rental housing through rent subsidy. UAACOG works with the Colorado Division of Housing (CDOH) and Housing Urban Development (HUD) to provide this program to the residents of Chaffee, Custer, Fremont, Lake, and Teller Counties.
